After two editions of change, we've received some suggestions and accordingly, three changes from this edition.

1. Many of you have told that the 10 point system is not very nice. And also sent votes tallying to 6 points as is the kukai norm. So we're shifting to kukai norms and from this edition, going to a 6 point total.
2. We'll be doing e-certificates for the top five positions.
